I loved the mosaic designs found on the Earth God Temple’s Roof. It was floral and blended in with the surrounding nature of Taiwan’s urban space. I always wondered how the Earth God would feel its land disturbed and then gradually recovered? Would the Earth God understand the need for human development and also harmony with nature?
